We do our best to supply goods that are high quality products and we hope they will give you many years of enjoyment. We appreciate that sometimes an item may need to be returned. We endeavour to provide excellent customer service with an easy, no-nonsense policy for the return of goods.
Damaged or incorrect goods:
Please get in touch with us by phone or email within 72 hours of receiving you order. Regrettably we are unable to assist you with a return if you report the damage or error outside of this time frame, and in this situation you invalidate your right to a refund or replacement.
We require you to return a product to us complete with its original packaging and it must be received by us within 14 working days of receipt of your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged.
If the damage or error is of no fault to you and we accept responsibility for this, we will pay for the cost of return postage, and assist you accordingly with either a refund or exchange.
We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels so it is advised to send recorded delivery.
Please contact us by phone or email within 72 hours to report anything missing from your parcel. Failure to report in this time frame invalidates your right to refund or exchange.
Changed your mind? The Consumer Contracts Regulations, (CCR) of June 2014 specifies a 14 day ‘cooling off period’, during which time you may return your item(s) for a full refund, provided they are in a good, saleable condition with original packaging intact. Your right to cancel an order starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days after the date you receive it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us. We will process your refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels so recommend you use a recorded/tracked service.
CCR regulations state that we must also refund your original postage charge and we are happy to comply. However, the regulations also state that refund of postage need only be at the basic delivery cost. Therefore, if you had opted for an ‘enhanced’ service, i.e.: next day delivery, you will only be refunded at our basic postage rate.
Some items that we sell on this website are exempt from the regulations within the CCR. This includes any perishable items such as food or confectionary and toiletries and cosmetics products. Also earrings. Any order that is bespoke is also excluded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
