Deliveries are normally made between Monday - Friday during standard working hours. A signature is required for your parcel. You may nominate a separate delivery address, (i.e: a friend or neighbour) if you know you won’t be available to receive your order. We pride ourselves on our prompt delivery service and are usually able to despatch orders by the next working day. In the case of an event beyond our control, (postal strike, severe weather, etc) we will advise you if there is likely to be a significant delay.
Orders under £50 are subject to a standard delivery charge of £3.99. Most of our products can be sent this way. However, heavier items marked as Click & Collect ONLY are not included in this service as they incur a higher charge.
Standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 3 working days, although an exact date cannot be guaranteed. We suggest that you allow between 2 and 5 working days. Sometimes parcels sent via this service will require a signature.
For orders under £50 we also offer an enhanced premium delivery service which is charged at £4.99. Also sent by Royal Mail, you can expect to receive your parcel within 1 - 3 working days.
Heavier items marked as Click & Collect only are excluded from this service.
We offer a lower shipping rate for smaller items. Just look out for the 85p envelope symbol. If your order comprises just cards or items displaying the 85p envelope, a single charge of 85p applies, regardless of how many cards or items your order consists off. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail standard service. If combined with other goods which do not have the envelope symbol, or if you require an express service, our usual delivery rates will apply.
We offer free delivery for orders over £50. Furniture and other items marked with the lorry symbol are not subject to free delivery as heavy items incur a higher charge. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail’s standard delivery service.
Order not arrived yet?
Some orders will fit through a letter box. If the postman or driver cannot deliver a parcel, a card will be to redeliver on a subsequent day or to advise collection procedure.. If you haven't received your order within 2-5 working days of dispatch, and haven't received a card advising of attempted delivery we would suggest you contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding your parcel for you to collect. Delivery charges for these items will vary, depending on what you have ordered and where you’d like it sent. Please note: if ordering more than one item, you will only pay one delivery fee per order – the higher rate will always apply. Delivery of furniture and other heavy items may take up to 28 days. Live locally to us? We offer a ‘Click and Collect’ service, where you can drive right up to our warehouse doors in Burgess Hill, (avoiding delivery charges and car parking fees!) and we will happily assist with the loading of your vehicle.
